Collaborated closely with trade marketing and partner teams to modernize how Carnival supports travel advisors. Developed digital tools and educational resources to empower partners as an extension of the Carnival brand.

Design Leadership & Delivery

Led the launch of GoCCL.com, a new trade portal providing travel advisors with centralized tools, assets, and selling resources. Designed Carnival Cruise Line University (CCLU), a digital training platform to onboard and upskill travel partners.

Design Strategy & Impact

The new trade ecosystem drove record enrollment and sales, strengthening Carnival’s relationship with advisors and accelerating partner-driven revenue growth.
