My first job out of high school was at Pan Am Airlines, before Windows 95, before the internet, before "digital" was a buzzword. I booked reservations on a dumb terminal connected to a mainframe. No PC. No interface. Just commands, customers, and a landline.
Today, leading digital experiences has moved from static creation to generative systems. My work sits at this intersection of design, technology, and strategy, bringing brand identities to life across every digital touchpoint, building the organizations that make it happen, and ensuring every experience earns the trust of the customers.
The best design leaders never stop being designers. They lead from inside the work, not above it, and stay current with their craft. This is how I lead and how I grow designers into leaders themselves. By building up the person who builds great products.
From booking on dumb terminals to redesigning entire digital ecosystems, my philosophy has always been the same:
The experience is the product. Design for trust, conversions follow.
